This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Kneehill County (the “County) to
prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Horseshoe Canyon Area Structure Plan
(ASP), as further described in Section 1: Scope of Work, of this RFP. 

The purpose of this RFP is to allow for a fair and competitive evaluation process in which all
contractors can provide a quotation based on certain criteria.  The lowest quoted proposal will
not necessarily be selected as the winning bid.

Kneehill County is requesting written proposals from qualified contractors as outlined in the
Scope of Work.

These core deliverables will be provided to Kneehill County Economic Development and Council
to provide future consideration for development and investment attraction to the Horseshoe
Canyon (“the Canyon”).
