Awarded Summary
To Whom It May Concern,
Kneehill County publicly issued a Request for Proposal RFP-2026-321001-KCG01 seeking submissions for the supply and delivery of aggregate to two locations within the County boundaries. The contract term is one (1) year, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one-year periods. Proponents were also invited to provide optional pricing for a dozer and operator to assist with aggregate stockpiling.
Following an initial evaluation, it was confirmed that all proposals received fell within the allocated budget prior to taxes and fees. In light of the ongoing challenges with local aggregate availability, each submission was carefully reviewed.
A total of five (5) contractors submitted proposals. All submissions were deemed compliant with the RFP's specifications and requirements. Based on the evaluation criteria, Creekside Products Ltd. submitted the highest-scoring and lowest-priced compliant proposal. The County will be using their provisional pricing for a dozer and operator to assist with stockpiling.
While Kneehill County has established positive working relationships with several of the bidders through past projects, all proposals were assessed objectively and consistently in accordance with the published evaluation criteria.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
