Kneehill County is issuing a Request for Tender to supply two (2) crew cab chassis super-single rear wheel class 5 trucks with wildland fire fighting units. The desired date for delivery of the units is ASAP after confirmation of the order; Kneehill County recognizes that there are still global supply chain issues and will consider this during the evaluations. These units shall be standard production model pickup trucks with a four-wheel drive, a gasoline engine, and a four-door crew cab with a long wheelbase. This specification covers only the significant details of the units. The Vendor is responsible for delivering fully equipped units with compatible components to provide dependable and efficient service. The pickup trucks shall be new only. Kneehill County will NOT accept demonstrators or previously used rental units.
