Awarded Summary
Re: Request for Proposal (RFP-2025-3290-FMS01)
Kneehill County issued a public Request for Proposal (RFP-2025-3209-RMS01) seeking a comprehensive fleet fuel management system to service multiple locations within the County. This initiative aimed to replace the County’s current aging infrastructure, comprising a mix of automated and manual systems, with a fully integrated and connected solution.
Following the RFP closing, three (3) compliant proposals were received and subjected to a thorough evaluation process. All the submissions exceeded the approved project budget. In response, the County engaged collaboratively with the vendors to refine the scope and align the proposed solutions with budgetary constraints.
Upon completion of the evaluation, the proposal submitted by the consortium of Bar W Petroleum & Electric Inc., Williams Petroleum, and All Peace Petroleum was identified as the highest-scoring submission. As a result, this group has been awarded the contract for the Kneehill County Fuel Management System Project 2025.
Kneehill County sincerely appreciates all proponents for their submissions and acknowledges the time, effort, and expertise demonstrated throughout the process.
